A large 1970s apartment a close to Ponente pinewood of Viareggio and the sea, perfectly exposed at noon.

The spaces have been redesigned around an heart that starts from the large terracotta-colored entrance and combines living, kitchen and study, giving character and functionality to a whole renovated living area flooded with natural light. On the east-facing side, the entire sleeping area with the master bedroom, the children’s bedrooms and the bathroom develops along the pre-existing corridor where the large wardrobe revisited in the sugar paper color that dictates the character of these environments.
